3-5 years of experience to join its Litigation Group. Candidates should have substantive experience drafting complaints and motions, conducting discovery, taking depositions, appearing in federal, state and bankruptcy courts, negotiating settlements, and corresponding with opposing counsel and clients. Experience in creditors’ rights law preferred, including collateral repossession, the Uniform Commercial Code (Articles 2, 2A and 9 in particular), equipment leasing, and commercial finance law.
