The Role

This International Trade Practice provides clients with guidance on global trade policies and remedies, as well as advocacy in negotiations and trade dispute proceedings. As strategic advisers, you will assist clients in both sustaining and enhancing their competitiveness in the ever-changing world economy, with a focus on trade regulations and transactions, import and export controls, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), customs, intellectual property, and tariff issues.

Requirements

3– 5 years of experience in international trade, specifically, antidumping and countervailing duty and other trade remedy proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) and U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), tariff-related matters, and bilateral and multilateral agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing responses and submissions before the DOC and ITC. Foreign language skills are a plus. International and domestic travel may be required.
