The Role
The practice encompasses all procedural mechanisms for resolving indebtedness, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, catastrophic corporate loss, mass tort, liquidations, fixed charge and administrative receiverships, restructured credits and securitizations, security enforcements, corporate investigations, and all other forms of insolvency-related litigations.

Requirements
'17-'19 JD. Restructuring experience including Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors and creditors in all areas of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. Clerkship preferred.
