The Firm

VaultLaw #11. Known for leading the charge in BigLaw “salary wars,” associates praise this firm for making them feel that their hard work is appreciated and respected. The firm’s culture often described as a “community” of extremely talented and professional attorneys who also know how to relax and have fun. Associates feel respected and admired by partners, many of whom take an active role in mentorship, both formally and informally. The absence of a billable hours requirement is a relief for associates, and while hours can be long, a dedicated assignment coordinator works to keep associate schedules balanced.
