The Role
The firm has a broad, cutting-edge, and cross-functional litigation practice and welcomes candidates with experiences across the litigation spectrum (e.g., oil and gas, energy, fiduciary litigation, employment, privacy, antitrust, securities, etc.). District court or appellate court clerkship experience preferred but not required. Deposition, hearing and trial experience are beneficial.
Requirements
You must have 3-7 years experience. Ideal candidate should have a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state/federal litigation practice.
