Requirements
A need for a Real Estate Of Counsel attorney with experience in Joint Ventures (Office Location Flexible – California offices only). The ideal candidate will be a high performer with 7+ years of experience in handling complex and sophisticated transactions for public and private companies with an expertise in joint ventures as well as some of the following areas: Acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings and the leasing of commercial office, retail, and industrial space. Bar Admission in desired US office’ corresponding state preferred but not a deal breaker.
