The Role

Requirements

Class of 2019-2020 with experience in white collar and commercial litigation to join our Trial, Investigations and Securities group. Possess the flexibility, desire, and experience to handle all varieties of complex commercial litigation and white collar matters, government and internal investigations and assist with trials. Our work includes, but is not limited to, contract disputes, securities litigation, corporate due diligence, fraud, insider trading, FCPA and government investigations.

The Firm

Vault 50--Globalized firm of 1000+ attorneys; 22 locations. Hiring of new associates is not limited to only those from T14 schools, though grades are still an important factor. The firm undertakes work for 40 of the “Fortune 100” companies and represents more than 200 private equity and investment firms; advise 9 of the top 10 global asset management firms, and 41 of the top 50 global private debt firms. Partners are accessible and helpful, and take an interest in not only associates’ professional development, but in how they’re doing personally. Work is distributed to associates based on their interests and their workload. The firm matches market rates for associates’ salaries, and they are bonus-eligible when they hit 1,950 bonus hours, which includes up to 200 hours of pro bono (more with permission) and certain hours spent on training, mentoring, DE&I, recruiting, innovation, business development, and shadowing. $215k-$415k
