The Role
The firm's Employee Benefits Litigation practice comprises attorneys who have the knowledge and geographic presence to deliver solutions to any ERISA or other employee benefits litigation problem. The group of litigators has represented plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and service-providers before courts in all jurisdictions, including the United States Supreme Court. And, with the extensive experience in all types of cases—from the individual claim for disability benefits to the complex class action challenging a conversion to a cash balance plan—they have handled the full gamut of employee benefits disputes in nearly every circuit.
Requirements
Firm is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 7 years of employment litigation experience specifically in California. This position is a full-time, work-from-home position that will be handling EPLI cases exclusively. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and their experience should include significant litigation experience. This position is not one in which the candidate will be considered for shareholder. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in CA.
