The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of substantive commercial real estate experience, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to the acquisition, disposition, and development of property, financing/loan transactions, operating agreements, and leasing. The candidate should have experience leading deals and closings as well as client contact and interaction. Experience representing hospitality clients is preferred but not required.
