The firm is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated associate or patent agent for our Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Patent Prosecution Practice Group. A west coast location is preferred, but not essential. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement and superb writing and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Experience with patent prosecution in wireless technologies is highly preferred, specifically telecom (5G, LTE) and/or position location. Relocation support is available for highly qualified candidates.
