The Role
In this role you will have the ability to manage multiple matters (litigation, charges, bargaining, research, etc.) simultaneously.
Experience and understanding of federal rules (trial or appellate) and NLRB rules a plus. Other areas of expected experience: case law research, brief and motion drafting.
Employment law background and basic familiarity a plus (but not required).
Requirements
Must have 3-7 years of traditional labor law experience, working with or without partner oversight on litigation of unfair labor practice charges or grievances in labor arbitration, advising on labor law matters, researching labor law issues, or participating in or advising on collective bargaining
