The ideal candidate will have experience with trademark prosecution (domestic and international), clearance, counseling, enforcement, and litigation experience in federal court and before the TTAB. Advertising, sweepstakes and promotions experience, as well as patent and trade secret litigation, copyright and other intellectual-property experience, is a plus. While the position focuses on trademark (and to a lesser degree copyright) matters, the attorney will also have opportunities to work on patent and trade secret litigation, as well as other intellectual-property matters.
