The firm provides innovative and practical legal advice to a broad range of real estate industry participants in all types of real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, ownership, leasing, and operation. The firm assists the clients in debt and equity transactions covering virtually all real estate product types.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in handling real estate transactions. You should have experience is some but not all of these: acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings, joint ventures, portfolio transactions, REITs and real estate funds, equity investments; structuring; entity formation, transactions involving all principal asset types - residential; industrial; office; retail; hospitality; land.
