The firm is looking for experienced corporate governance lawyer to join as an of counsel in our Washington, D.C. or New York office. Candidates must have significant experience advising on the technical aspects of corporate governance best practices, securities laws, stock exchange corporate governance standards, proxy advisory firm policies, bylaws, other governance policies and codes of conduct. Ideal candidates will have 8 or more years of experience, including some law firm experience. They must also have strong writing and research skills and must be detail oriented. This position offers flexibility with no travel required.  Class of 2012 or senior (including Of Counsel).
