The qualified candidate has experience with bankruptcy and/or structured finance litigation. Any experience with commercial mortgage-backed securities and/or collateralized debt obligations would be a plus. Candidates should have experience with a variety of sophisticated bankruptcy and commercial litigation issues, including business torts, contract disputes, voidable transfers, and adversary proceedings.
