The Role

The candidate will be a member of the Real Estate practice group but will work with a vibrant, national team focused on complex commercial real estate transactions and financings involving hospitality assets and hospitality companies, representing some of the most active and innovative clients in this field. This position is open to multiple offices.

Requirements

Applicants must have excellent academic credentials and meaningful experience with complex commercial real estate transactions, involving financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and developments. Experience with the negotiation of hospitality-specific agreements is preferred but not required.
