The firms seeks a mid-level associate with at least 3 years of experience as an attorney at a law firm or in an in-house capacity for its Data Protection, Privacy and Security Group. This position will focus significantly on cybersecurity and privacy counseling, cyber incident response, and related investigations and litigation. Preferred candidates will have prior technical or practical experience with privacy or cybersecurity, cyber incident response and crisis management, digital investigations, or civil litigation.
