The firm is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year associate to join the Trademark, Copyright & Advertising practice group. The ideal candidate as experience in both trademark counseling/prosecution and trademark litigation. Work includes development trademark and brand strategies, enforcement of intellectual property rights, and serving as counsel on behalf of clients in federal courts and before the USPTO. The position offers career growth and working directly with senior members of the group.
