The ideal candidate will have deep experience litigating securities class actions brought under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (“PSLRA”) and Shareholder derivative matters. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with The Securities Act of 1933, The Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and Delaware Corporate Law (including Section 220 and familiarity with the Business Judgement Rule, and Demand Futility Issues). Candidates must have four years of major law firm experience or may have worked at the SEC, DOJ or US Attorney’s Office.
