Firm is seeking a Counsel with M&A and Private Equity experience to join the Firm’s US Private Equity Growth practice group in the Texas, New York, or DC offices. The US Private Equity Growth practice focuses on private equity transactions and funding arrangements, strategic M&A, acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies, and joint ventures.

The ideal candidate can be a current counsel or senior associate with at least 7 – 10 years of M&A experience and strong academic credentials. Experience with private equity-backed companies is strongly preferred. The candidate will have an almost immediate opportunity to take on a significant role in transactions. A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
