The Role

Position would involve exposure to a wide breadth of tax disciplines, with an emphasis on renewable energy and tax advantaged transactions. M&A, private equity, capital markets and/or debt instruments, and international structuring experience is a plus, but not required. Location is flexible.

Requirements

3-6 years (classes 2016 - 2019) of transactional federal income tax experience with an interest in energy, renewables, and/or tax equity. Corporate tax and partnership tax experience would be preferred.
