Deborah began her recruiting career at a boutique firm in New York City, working with BigLaw associates looking to make a lateral move. In 2004 she opened CannonLegal Search, specializing in the placement of Associates, Counsel and Partners throughout the US, Europe, China and Dubai. ​

Amanda Cannon
Amanda started her career in legal recruiting in 2018, joining CannonLegal Search. She works primarily with Associates in NYC and California to find desired roles in BigLaw, smaller law firms and in-house Counsel roles.
Amanda has a deep understanding of recruiting and the processes involved, is incredibly organized and detail oriented, and has a genuine concern for finding the right fit for each of the Associate's with whom she works.​
